Art
We place a strong empasis on art, with activities and projects that help children to express their creativity and explore their imaginations.
Music
At Miles of Smiles Childcare LLC, our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which young children can learn and grow. We offer a variety of activities, from learning through play to early music education. We believe that music is an important part of early childhood learning, and so we incorporate a variety of musical activities into our curriculum. Movement
At Miles of Smiles Childcare LLC, we place a strong emphasis on movement. We strive to create an environment that encourages children to explore their physical capabilities and encourages them to be creative. We also make sure to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to learn, grow and develop. We believe that the combination of physical, emotional and mental development is essential for a child’s growth. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care and to ensure that each child we work with is getting the support and attention they need.
Language
We encourage language skills by singing, reading, having conversations, writing, drawing, finger plays, rhymes, poems, music, and story telling.
Mathematics
Staff start teaching children We believe its never to soon to start mathematics in early childhood.
Outside Play
Outdoor play is great way to model the joy of physical activity. When children run, jump, climb, throw and kick balls, and ride toys that require balance, they also build gross motor skills and start developing a habit of being active.
